Adds a new village in the game, it is pretty small and my first try at an oblivion town/village. It has 20+ Npcs and has a nice view. Read below for more information.
What this plugin does:
This add a portal to the imperial city waterfront (near the big tower on the right hand side down the steps.)
that transports you to an area i created to store all of my character's (Raistlin) gear.
An upgrade to Cheydinhall manor to make it more parctical and warm. Includes display cases.
