Rainman Player Boost

Taken from text file: What it does: This mod lowers all 21 skills and 6 attributes (Luck not included). This allows for the player to reach higher levels. This also forces the creature to get stronger quicker. To counter this, the health, magicka, and fatigue of the player is increased. This should make for a more strategic attack on the planes of Oblivion. If you start a new game, this all takes place once you leave the sewers. If you use with a save game, it will take effect once you load, even if you are in a cave or dungeon. You could use it to get higher level if you are already playing. Just remember, it might be a tougher fight than you are expecting. :) Also, there are two versions included in the zip. The MASTER version does all that is mentioned above. It is intended for those players looking for a little more challenge from Oblivion. The NOVICE version leaves the 21 skills and 6 attributes untouched. The health, magicka, and fatigue boosts are still there. It is intended for the new players and those who think Oblivion is too tough.
